Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective product, we will make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.


📦 Returns Due to Defect

If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (not the item you ordered), please follow the steps below.

1. Reporting a Defect

  • Time Limit: You must contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date to report a defective product.
  • How to Report: Email our Customer Support team at support@offbeatstores.com with the following information:
    • Your Order Number.
    • A detailed description of the defect.
    • Photographic or video evidence of the defect/damage.

2. Free Return Shipping & Delivery

  • Upon approval of your defect claim, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  • You will not be responsible for any cost to ship the defective product back to us.
  • We will also cover the shipping and delivery costs for the replacement product (if a replacement is chosen) or the shipping costs for the return if you choose a refund.

3. Resolution Options

Once the defective product is received and inspected, you will be offered the choice of:

  • A Replacement: We will ship a new, non-defective item to you free of charge.
  • A Full Refund: A full refund of the product purchase price, including any initial shipping fees paid, will be processed to your original method of payment.

🛒 General Returns (Non-Defective)

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind, wrong colour or model received, etc.):

  • Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and tags.
  • Shipping Responsibility: For general returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Exclusions to Warranty

The guarantee of free returns for defective products does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or improper installation/care.
  • Items damaged after the initial 30-day reporting period has passed.
